Sound Sanctuary Signature:

Half-Day Corporate Wellness Retreat

A 3-hour signature retreat experience led by our founder, for conscious corporate leaders who understand that true performance begins with a team whose well-being is taken care of.

In Singapore's relentless pace, it is even more important for high performing teams to maintain their physical and mental well-being, and manage burnout.

We are here to support you – the conscious corporate leader who truly cares for their team – by helping your team release stress, recharge, so that they can return to work a fuller, calmer version of themselves.

The Programme

Mindful Movement and Yoga

We begin with a gentle yoga practice that releases tension in the body, deepens the breath, and draws the mind away from the to-do list. No prior experience needed. Every posture is accessible, every pace is unhurried.

Hour One

Sound Bath

After flowing through mindful movements, we settle into stillness with Sound Bath. Through a guided meditation and a soundscape of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, you will be guided from a state of stress to a deep state of relaxation and peace.

Hour Two

Tea Appreciation

We close our retreat experience with quiet stillness. A mindful tea appreciation with a warm cup of non-caffeinated Balinese tea, it will ground your senses and soothe the soul, cultivating presence and connection between all.

Hour Three

What will your team carry home?

  • More lightness and relaxation in the body

  • Renewed mental clarity

  • Calmer nervous system

  • Authentic team connection

  • Understanding of holistic tools they can use to ground and recharge their body

“The session was great — we enjoyed the sound immersed around us, leading us to rest.”

Why sound bath as my team-bonding activity?

Simply because I thought can let my boss and colleagues to have a restful mind and breakaway from the stressful work. Came across Hui Shan and her soundbath session. She is very kind to answer many of my questions.”

Elisabeth Darcia: Sound Bath

“The sound bath session was a truly calming and refreshing experience. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilitator guided us beautifully throughout the entire session, it felt very intentional and well paced.

What stood out most was how everyone had their own unique experience. Some felt deeply relaxed, others described moments of emotional release or clarity, yet all of us left feeling lighter and more centered.

The combination of soothing tones and mindful guidance made it a perfect pause from the busyness of our daily life.

Overall, a well-guided and grounding experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with themselves.
