What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a class where you simply lay down (or even sit back) to enjoy an immersive sound journey that aims to guide you from stress to deep inner calm and mental clarity.

A more accessible, stress-free form of meditation, this sound meditation allows you to lay in a restful state while guiding you back to a state of mindfulness.

The sound journey will include a guided meditation, accompanied by the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other harmonic instruments.

  • Vibrations from singing bowls are scientifically proven to slow down the brainwaves from an active state (Beta brainwaves) to a more relaxed, meditative state (Theta brainwaves). This is known as brain entrainment.
