In fast-paced Singapore, stress and burnout are common, making it crucial to find ways to reset and recharge.
The Sound Sanctuary was borne out of a mission to help individuals with high stress as well as corporate employees release stress, restore balance, and improve physical and mental well-being.
Through the power of Sound Therapy and holistic Yoga practices, we cultivate mindfulness, relaxation, and renewed focus, fostering a healthier and calmer version of you.
Whether as part of a personal practice, wellness initiative or team-building retreat, Sound Sanctuary brings the healing power of Sound and Yoga to modern city spaces, enhancing well-being and resilience.
Hui Shan is a certified Sound Therapist and Yoga Teacher.
She specialises in the healing arts of sound meditation and mindful movement to help burnt out corporate warriors find deep relaxation amidst their stressful lifestyles.
While experiencing numerous burnouts during her time in the finance and public sectors, she found a newfound sense of calm after attending her first sound bath and yoga class.
The Sound Sanctuary was thus born from her mission to help similarly stressed corporate workers find calm, balance, and renewal through the transformative power of Sound Therapy and Yoga.
